If you really want XEmacs on the Mac, you can get it from

http://homepage.mac.com/pjarvis/xemacs.html

The stable version is 19.14 but there is a beta 21.5.9 available
as well.

In my opinion, the GNU Emacs version is far superior (you need to
get the source from CVS and compile).
