And it should be added that LispWorks can produce "real" one-file
executables (which don't need a Lisp image or external libraries to
run) for Windows and Linux. I guess their soon-to-be-released OS X
version will also be able to do that.

This is pretty much what the original poster was asking for maybe
except for the fact that he doesn't want to pay for it... :)
