   Yeah, I definitely know how that goes.  Good luck with the situation.
I hate it when I don't have time for my personal software projects.
The only non-programmer I've met who understands is a writer...
I guess creative professions are alike in that respect.

   If you're wondering, I was looking at the source in an attempt to get
Wood, the object db, running, since I never heard anything else about
that.  I actually did manage to port its module which serializes 
compiled
functions, although I'm not so sure that's a useful thing to do
(compatibility, and all...).  I don't know, at this point, whether I'm 
going
to continue working on the rest.  If anyone wants the function
serializer, let me know...  It might be useful for incorporating in some
other persistent-object project.
