[Openmcl-devel] cocoa-prefs.lisp

Here's a drop in replacement for examples/cocoa-prefs.lisp. It's 
primary virtue
is that it has entries for both the cocoa defaults and all the hemlock 
variables
in two panes.

I'll be extending it later in two ways - I want to be able to assign 
groupings
to variables so that Mode specific stuff gets lumped together instead 
of the
current alphabetical ordering and I want to add support for non-string 
values,
like colors.

That will come later, though, and being able to set and preserve hemlock
variables is darned convenient.
