[Openmcl-devel] ffi dictionary gripes

In the FFI dictionary, there are a number of instances of things being 
described solely with 'see above' or similar. It would be nice if these 
were replaced with links like 'accessor form - form described in 
section x.y.z' or some such. As it stands, it's difficult to figure out 
where to find the required information.

Also, the documentation could provide some more warning for folks like 
myself who try to do silly things with the FFI interface like come up 
with dynamic environments that try to do fancy tricks to map lisp code 
to native functions and variables, only to realize that this is much 
more involved than it sounds...
