[Openmcl-devel] New (070512) OpenMCL snapshots available

It would appear to be a systemic problem in the snapshot releases, as
I have seen this at least with the previous snapshot, but in the
scripts directory the 'openmcl64' has no execute permissions as the
'openmcl' has:
