[Openmcl-devel] (ccl:create-interfaces :quartzcore) how-to?

It's not unexpected that the .cdb files that we're creating or updating
don't exist (if we're creating them ...).  There's a message to the 
effect that new .cdb files might get created; I suppose that it could
also add ", so ignore failed attempts to open them on the first pass."
