[Openmcl-devel] Draggable for CCL

I've ported the draggable demo to CCL.  It's built on top of some  
Lispy wrappers for windows and views that might turn out to be more  
generally useful infrastructure.  Enjoy!

FYI, the Cocoa/CCL learning curve seems to be flattening out for me.   
I did not have a single crash while developing this code.  CCL looks  
more and more like it's ready for prime time.
