LC_ALL=C               ==> :us-ascii
LC_ALL=en_EN.UTF-8     ==> :utf-8
LC_ALL=fr_FR.ISO8859-1 ==> :iso-8859-1
LC_ALL=gr_GR.ISO8859-7 ==> :iso-8859-7

and so on.
