The trunk should be working normally again.

Note that there are new binaries in the trunk now.  If you get errors
about "heap image too old/new for this kernel", you are not using the
up-to-date binaries.

If you run into trouble, please review
http://trac.clozure.com/ccl/wiki/UpdatingFromSource.  In particular,
if you update and are prompted to do something about conflicting files,
you want to say "tf".  Or, after updating, you should be able to go to
your ccl directory and say "svn revert -R ." (where the "." means the
current directory).

I would also like to thank uchida, who not only reported a bug with
lock-free hashtables as http://trac.clozure.com/ccl/ticket/993, but also
spent significant time analyzing the problem and creating ever-simpler test
cases which demonstrated the bug.  Thank you.
