[Openmcl-devel] Debian Package

Dear all,

As threatened, there is now a package of OpenMCL 0.9 in the Debian
"unstable" distribution (thanks to Jonathan Hseu for doing the Debian
side of things and checking that I hadn't made too much of a hash of
things).

I hope that this encourages more people to pick it up and play with
it, and hopefully feed us more bug reports...
