- 'A Simple XML Parser for Common Lisp' is now a standalone project, 
and now has an efficient SAX-like event interface that is pure 
functional as well as a generic DOM interface with implementations for 
LXML, SXML and XML-ELEMENT struct representations

- 'OpenMCL Code' now contains a lispdoc utility to automatically 
generate documentation for properly documented symbols exported from a 
package, as well as the older remote repl stuff

- 'XML-RPC for OpenMCL' is now using the more efficient SAX-like event 
interface of the XML parser
