   That link was actually broken in every release page, not just that one.
Fixed.  The other link I couldn't totally correct, because it can't link 
to a specific chapter (longstanding issue - I'll do something about it 
just as soon as I've gotten the docs to build faster...), so I made it 
link to the table of contents and changed the wording appropriately.
