[Openmcl-devel] ansi-tests

i have started a project using pfdietz's GCL ansi-test suite
to fix ansi compliance bugs in openmcl.  already it has found
some fatal bugs that gary has fixed (and some less-than-fatal
ones for which i have patches.)

please let me know if you are interested in helping.  0.14 is
already going to be a major release, it would be cool to add
(mostly proven) ansi-compliant to its features.
