   I've just committed the fix for the incorrect relative links.  It 
was, indeed,
due to my stylesheet customizations not interacting well with the new 
version
of the Norman Walsh stylesheets.  The fix makes things a little bit 
simpler,
which I would like to think makes the problem less likely to happen with
future versions.

   I also made some wording changes to section 7.9, which is the one
Andrew contributed.  Just minor clarifications and a little polishing.
