Neither of these constructs (which were described in CLtL2) made it
into ANSI CL.

For historical reasons, the symbols GENERIC-FLET and GENERIC-LABELS
are exported from the CCL package in OpenMCL.  The compiler doesn't
those symbols as names of special operators (though I believe that
MCL once did and may still do so.)
