[Openmcl-devel] 10.3.4 update - minor issue

This is just to let correspondents to this list know that the 10.3.4 
update changes things sufficiently that the IDE will not launch. 
Executing:

(require 'cocoa-application)

from the command line dppccl (i.e., openmcl) will rebuild the IDE and 
allow it to launch.
