[Openmcl-devel] openmcl and erlisp and clx

i did a "first pass" port of erlisp to openmcl.  it passes
almost every test reliably.  the one failure occasionally
happens when some timeouts run a bit long (by a few ms).

i also back-ported openmcl's clx branch to the portable-clx
(telent) project.  a few gl(x) pieces have also been added.

my hope is that these patches will work their way back
