Works fine for me - Aquamacs Emacs (as it has now been renamed) is my  
emacs of choice on Mac OS X. I also use it with sbcl. I like the fact  
that you can use both emacs and mac-like key bindings in a single  
session (e.g., C-x C-f or Command-O to open a file).
