[Openmcl-devel] Changing the REPL

Note that to get readline 5.2 to compile I had to go in and muck with  
the Makefile in the shlib directory to change SHOBJ_LDFLAGS from - 
dynamic to -dynamiclib.  (Someone please tell me if this was not the  
right thing to do.)
