[Openmcl-devel] Rebuilt IDE -- Lisp file icons revert to generics

I think this is all Leopard weirdness. When I first open a Finder 
window, it shows an apparently random mixture of generic and lisp 
(CCL) icons. As you scroll up and down a little, the lisp icons 
change to generic ones, one by one, until they're all generic. 
Everything then stays that way until you restart the Mac or relaunch 
the Finder, when the whole mess repeats.

Interestingly though, an alias of a lisp file always maintains its 
proper lisp icon.
