[Openmcl-devel] cannot rebuild-ccl on x8664

There was a large (>100Kb) attachment in the message that I just
sent that should show exactly what I did.

I untarred the "070722" snapshot for x8664-linux, renamed the
resulting ccl directory to "cvs-ccl", did an "svn co" of the
1.1 branch (creating a new "ccl" directory), copied the 
kernel, heap image, and interfaces from "cvs-ccl" into "ccl",
and built inside the "ccl" directory.
