Matt Emerson sent a message to this list a few days ago, describing
the progress on the IA32 port that he's been working on.  ("It's
alive!  Alive, I tell you!")

Andreas Bogk and I have been working on a Win64 port (targeting
64-bit Vista; if that happens to work on XP 64 or Server 2003,
great.)

At some point when both are a bit further along than they are now
(which is "lots of things work, some things don't, not quite ready
to escape from the lab yet" in both cases), it'd be reasonable to assume
that we'd try to merge the results of those efforts into something that'd
run on 32-bit Windows.
