[Openmcl-devel] revive-shared-libraries

Hi,

A problem and a fix for a bug with changeset 11606.

When the shlib.soname has no dots in it, the '1+ operation fails in  
REVIVE-SHARED-LIBRARIES.  Obviously, this prevents any kind of library  
revival.

The attached patch is a suggested fix.
