To edit wiki pages or make tickets, you have to register.   
Registration is open to everyone interested in CCL;  the registration  
requirement is only there to try to keep the legions of spammers at bay.

To register, just click on the Register link, fill it out, and submit  
it.  You won't get a confirmation email or anything.  You now have a  
Trac account.  Click the Login link, sign in, and edit away.
