I'm planning to ditch my N810 in favor of the new Samsung Epic in
December (the next point at which Sprint will give me a price break).
The form factor is very similar; the Epic has a 800x480 OLED screen
nearly the same size as the N810's, a slide-out keyboard, a 1GHz
Cortex A8, and a decent camera with HD video capability. It takes
micro-SDHC cards instead of the now-unobtainable mini-SDHC. Oh yes,
it's a phone too :) And it does Wi-Fi tethering! Also has 4G
capability, but I don't know when Sprint will have 4G in my area.
