Dear Friends,
just in time for the break a little something to play with. eXtreme Media Lisp (XMLisp) 0.4 is released for OS X and is now supporting GLSL shaders, multi touch, ...
Download a binary of the source http://code.google.com/p/xmlisp/ eXtreme Media Lisp (XMLisp) is open source, LGPL
We measured close to 100 GFlops from the vertex shader doing real time image processing. An example is included. If you find this useful please contribute via fixes, and extensions. Challenge: who can make a shader based, supercomputer fast, game of life?
From the release notes:
What is New? Version 0.4
