[Openmcl-devel] new images in trunk

I committed new images for all (15) platforms to the trunk; if I did it right,
they'll all identify themselves as Version 1.7-dev-r14406M-trunk.  Some forthcoming
trunk changes will require changes in these images (introduces in r14406) to
bootstrap.

Remember that "svn update" won't quietly overwrite locally modified binary files
with new versions from the repository; there are several ways around this, including:

  - deleting or renaming the .image files before running "svn update"
  - reverting the .image files to the repository versions before or after running
    "svn update"
  - using the :UPDATE T option to REBUILD-CCL.

Trying to compile new trunk sources with an old image will lead to cryptic error(s)
as the compiler builds (a new version of) itself; reporting these problems will
earn you a US$4 fine.   (Payable to me.)
