[Openmcl-devel] Cocoa ide on windows

Is cocoa ide suppossed to run on windows using cocotron?
When I try to require it, I get the following error:

c:\development\cvstree\ccl>wx86cl64.exe

I'm on Win7 x64 and using latest CCL from SVN.
