[Openmcl-devel] Double (::) qualifiers in the doc.

Hello,

While reading the documentation I noticed that even exported
exported symbols qualified with double (::) colons sometimes.
e.g. ccl::stream-device.
Is there reason for this or the documentation just should be
cleaned up?
