[Openmcl-devel] HTML documentation fix.

Hello,

The left sidebar of HTML documentation is too long to fit to 768 pixels
height. Thus even in full screen mode of the browser its
looks incomplete on 1366x768 display.
Please, add the following to div.sidebar class to ccl.css:

overflow: scroll;
height: 100%;

to fix the problem. Thanks.
