I'm not sure it's fair to say that there is "support" for GTK, per se.

There are a couple of example programs in ccl:examples; viz. gtk-minesweeper.lisp and gtk2-clock.lisp.

Maybe they'll be helpful, but I wouldn't be surprised if these examples have bit-rotted.
