There's been some interest from some quarters about using Bountysource as a way to encourage work on certain CCL issues. 

To start off with, there's one on https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/issues/59 that Windows hackers might want to look at.

There's apparently some way to get Bountysource and GitHub to cooperate, but I don't know if I've figured it out yet.
