[Openmcl-devel] Windows Rebuild Anyone?

Sorry, my mistake in copy & pasting. I did check out the windows version.
Interestingly, those file are in the 1.11 release zip file, but do not seem to be in git. I am puzzled now because even with the headers you mentioned, it still fails. Are you on the latest release of Windows 10, Using Msys2?
