[Openmcl-devel] updated Mac App Store CCL

I just upgraded to to new version and got an immediate exception (the report was submitted to Apple and is also included below as a text file). I’m running Mojave 10.14.6 on a 2018 15-inch macbook pro. I eliminated my own init file and got the same result. I may have some time later today if I can help with debugging this.
