Testing on MacOS and Linux should be relatively straightforward, and 
perhaps you could just have any build results mailed to 
`asdf-devel at common-lisp.net`.  If you do that, LMK, so I can make sure 
that those test outputs get accepted to the mailing list.

Windows is more problematic, since the tests are run using a POSIX 
toolchain: makefile and bash, specifically.  I got it set up once on a 
Windows VM using Cygwin, and could probably do it again, if you are 
willing.
