[Openmcl-devel] asdf problem in CCL

Interesting. I (obviously) use ASDF, but I do not see a 
`common-lisp/systems` directory in `$HOME/.local/share`.  What is in 
that directory for you? And what OS are you using, Windows, Linux, or 
MacOS?
