[Openmcl-devel] (rebuild-ccl :full t) seems to work on macOS again

For some while, doing (rebuild-ccl :full t) hasn’t worked on the Mac. Specifying ":full t" means to recompile the lisp kernel in addition to rebuilding all the lisp files.

Gary Palter just reported that, at least as of today (Xcode 15.1 and macOS Sonoma 14.2.1), ":full t" works again.

I do not know what change in the operating system or development tools caused/fixed this.
