[Openmcl-devel] forthcoming release

I’m planning to release CCL 1.13 in July sometime. This one will be lucky. This forthcoming release will not support Apple silicon (ARM64) processors yet.

If there are things you’d like to draw to the attention of maintainers in order to get into this release, please send mail here or to me privately.
