GCL (GNU Common Lisp) distributes something that looks very much like
the ANSI CL document/CLHS in texinfo form.  I don't know if this was
derived from the final ANSI CL TeX sources or from a very late draft;
I'd guess that any differences in content between "gcl.info" and the
CLHS are extremely minor.  (Perhaps somewhat confusingly, the
"gcl.info" file contains no GCL-specific information ...)
