I had a bogus packet filtering rule in the firewall (it was blocking
HTTP traffic to the entire subnet, instead of just to those hosts that
are most vulnerable to whatever Windows worm's been generating so much
traffic lately.)

It seems to be fixed now; thanks for letting me know and sorry for the
inconvenience.
