[Openmcl-devel] CVS, and other things

I had blocked outgoing CVS traffic while doing the server upgrade last
week and had forgotten to unblock it.  It should be working again; sorry.

The openmcl wiki was using version 1.1 of the MoinMoin wiki software;
the current version is 1.5.x, and the ways in which it represents
internal links and other markup has changed several times in the last
few years.  Some intermediate versions had conversion scripts, so I
think that it'll be possible to automatically convert everything (but
that may take a little time.)  Until that's done and the updated Wiki
is installed, clicking on the "wiki" menu item at the top of the pages
will either yield a "file not found" (as it does now) or a short
explanatory message (like this one.)

Other than that, the upgrade seemed to go smoothly and everything
should be working again.  If you find something that doesn't work,
please let me know.
