I uploaded the whole sourcedir for
SDL 1.2.14
SDL-mixer 1.2.11
with projects for vs2010
including the binaries here:

Tell me if you need more libraries.
Compiling them does not take long.

Can you make the 64-bit SDL binaries available to those on the lispbuilder 
mailing list?

SBCL/32bit crashes horribly when running lispbuilder-sdl on 64-bit Windows.
