I think so.  A Google search produced 
'http://ccl.clozure.com/ccl-documentation.html' as first relevant
hit.  I would guess that a lot of searches will lead there.
If one wants to skip to specific place it is too easy to
miss the "obsolete" banner (in particular since most of web
sites put meaninless gibberish there...).
