[Openmcl-devel] ccl and Xcode 8

I filed <http://trac.clozure.com/ccl/ticket/1383 <http://trac.clozure.com/ccl/ticket/1383>>, which when applied should alleviate this by using the SDK from within Xcode, rather than expecting one to be installed at /. This allows one to build CCL without the Command Line Tools installed.
