[Openmcl-devel] 1.12 snapshot for FreeBSD

I just made an updated 1.12 snapshot for FreeBSD systems.

Officially, FreeBSD 12 isn't out, but the derivative system True OS is already using the pre-release FreeBSD 12 bits, so I want to get this out there now.

There are two separate archives bootstrapping binaries: one for FreeBSD 12 and another that can be used on both FreeBSD 10 and FreeBSD 11.

If you try it and find that something is wrong, please let me know.  However, if you try to rebuild the lisp and it fails, please make sure that you are using the correct binaries for the FreeBSD version that you are running on.

The reason for all this is that the layout of struct stat and struct dirent changed in FreeBSD 12.
