I changed a little something in the implementation of run-program in the development version of CCL.

https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/issues/9 is the issue at hand.  The commit in question is https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/commit/14581ab0ffa6cc17c8ae604d36854b648ba92677

Obviously, I don't expect this to cause any trouble;  otherwise I would not have made the change.  Nevertheless, I thought it would mention it just in case.
