I will see if I can test ASDF against this change, since UIOP contains a 
function that wraps CCL's `RUN-PROGRAM`.  Unless (hoping against hope) 
you have tried this?  I haven't built CCL from source since before the 
move to GitHub, so I don't really know what I'm doing.  I'll keep you 
posted.
