[Openmcl-devel] updated 1.12-dev snapshot

I just made an updated 1.12 snapshot release.  Please see https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/releases.

This snapshot includes changes that allow CCL to run on macOS Mojave.

For the most part, CCL seems to run OK on Mojave.  Unfortunately, there still seem to be some problems under certain circumstances.  https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/issues/146 is the tracking issue for that.
