[Openmcl-devel] updated Mac IDE binary that runs on Mojave and earlier

The Mac App Store version of CCL doesn't run on pre-Catalina systems.  For people not running Catalina, I made an updated version of CCL that you can download and use.

Please see https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/releases/tag/v1.11.8.

Download https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/releases/download/v1.11.8/ccl-mac-ide-1.11.8.zip, double-click it to unzip, and then drag it into the /Applications folder.

Please let me know if it doesn't work for you.  This version will not work on Catalina.

(I suspect that the Catalina problem is differences in the Objective-C runtime that break assumptions that CCL makes about it.)
